They practice whole animal butchery, ensuring minimal waste and maximum flavour, with a constantly evolving range of house-made sausages, kabobs, marinades, seasonings, broths and ready-to-eat meals. Whether it’s Pulled Pork, Beef Shank Ragu or Sweet & Spicy Sesame Chicken, the shop’s heat-and-serve freezer section is a lifesaver for busy weeknights and family meals without compromising quality.

Owner and operator Taryn Barker is the Co-Captain of Butchery Team Canada, having just impressively competed in the World Butchers’ Challenge in Paris, where the team placed 5th globally.
